    The air conditioning issues were frustrating!!! Management could be more proactive about addressing maintenance concerns to improve guest comfort. The restaurant was closed due to low occupancy. How does that happen at such a resort?

    The location was fantastic, in the middle of the jungle. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

    By default there are only 2 bottles of drinking water (a 0.33 litre) in the room. More water per day would be recommended. We ordered additional water every day at the reception, which was then delivered.

    We enjoyed the fine views from our bungalow, and the infinity pool was very nice for relaxation. The beach club was a great spot to unwind, and we loved being a short ride away from both Las Parotas Golf Club and Marina Chahue, perfect for day trips. The friendly staff made everything enjoyable.

    We were disappointed with the restaurant experience. The food quality was not up to par, with overcooked fish and slow service .

    Stunningly beautiful and quiet hotel located so close to daytime restaurant and the beautiful Tanglolunde beach. Welcoming, really good staff, nice breakfast. Large room with a romantic view of the ocean. Wonderful, favourable location on the hill. Besides, excellent for visiting Europa Galeria de Arte.

    The dining options at Quinta Real were quite delicious-a true highlight! The staff was super attentive and friendly. Plus, the fine views from the restaurant added an extra layer of ambiance to our dining experience.

    While the hotel has a gorgeous setup, it's not without its bumps. We dealt with a lack of hot water and somewhat slow service upon check-in.
